Q: I'm not able to hear the track previews. What can I do?

A: For the type of problem you are having of not being able to preview the audio tracks, there's a few issues that may be causing the problem:

1. Make sure to not block popups from the AudioSparx sites, because the track preview option launches the Windows Media audio player in a popup window.

2. You may need to install the latest version of Microsoft's Windows Media Player onto your computer. Windows Media player can be used on both Windows and Macintosh computers. To find the latest version, please visit the following site:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/AllDownloads.aspx
 
and download and install the version that is compatible with your computer's specific operating system version. Once you install this player you should be able to hear all the sound effects, loops, ringtones and music.

3. If your player does not properly play our content even though you have the correct Media Player installed on your computer, you may have a Codec problem. It is recommended that, unless you have just downloaded a Media Player upgrade, you download and re-install the Codecs for your Media Player. Get the download from here:

To preview any track, click on the PLAY icon, which is a circular icon with a right-pointing arrow in it. This will make the popup appear and the track should start playing automatically. If you are still unable to hear the previews, contact info@audiosparx.com and let us know the following:

1. Does the preview window popup on your screen?

2. Does the play bar of the preview window move across the player or does it just site there?
