Q.  Do My Tracks Get Distributed to YouTube?

A.  If you participate in our B2C digital distribution services such as in compilation albums, solo albums, and/or streaming, in some cases our digital distribution partners distribute tracks to YouTube via their so-called "Art-Tracks Delivery System" which is a form of a compilation album or single-track digital distribution delivery system.

This type of distribution to YouTube does NOT in any way involve or engage your tracks in YouTube's Content ID system.  Earnings are generated only via ads as a result of clients listening to your specific track on YouTube.

It's important to note that this type of earnings is essentially no different than ad-driven earnings that occur on Spotify, Pandora, and other retail decks.

Also please note that our distribution partners never claim any sort of publishing ownership of your tracks, only that their own compilation albums are copyright-controlled by them, not the underlying tracks themselves.
