In 2005, Simon Wolfe’s track “Next to You” was chosen for the Indie Film “Hard Pill,” written and directed by John Baumgartner and starring Jonathan Slavin.
In 2004, Simon wrote the music for a Documentary about a series of paintings being exhibited at the Victoria and Albert Museum, in London. The Documentary was broadcast on Channel 5 TV UK, with praise by Producer and TV Executive Sebastian Grant, “Some great and sympathetic compositions here.” Simon’s music brought power to the stories depicted in the art, of early encounters between Western traders and explorers with the peoples of India and the Far East.
Simon’s music has also appeared in several local West Country campaigns, and often is licensed by broadcast, film, and other media companies. Other projects include music for “Building a Dream,” a Documentary for UK Discovery Channel, and product advertising for West Country TV and Sky Sport, Formula 1, Great Sporting Moments, Premiership Football, and many other productions.
