Spank is a club band that played around the Los Angeles area from approximately 1989 through 1992. Featuring a slammin' mix of hard rocking guitar and vocals, funkadelic bass lines, strong drums and wicked layers of keyboards, Spank rocked the club scene from Santa Monica to the nether regions of Hollywood and everywhere in between. Spank debuted at Madam Wong's and went on to play some of the cooler clubs around town including the Roxy, Whiskey, Troubador, Spice Club, and the China Club.
Spank members included Gregg St. John (Vocals and guitar), Rob McGuigan (Vocals and drums), Adrian Andres (Vocals, guitar and long hair!), Quinn (Vocals and keyboards) and Danny Keough (Vocals and bass). Take a listen to the ultra-cool tracks for a flashback to the late 80s and early 90s!
