This is one of some piano pieces I'm writing to honor close friends - both deceased and living. I've tried to capture in sound unique characteristics of them. Marshia had an infectious laugh, which I have tried to show in the middle part of this piece. First & last parts are more mellow & flowing. Keywords: poignant moving melodic jazzy (in the middle part) upbeat The mood changes in this piece from minor in the 'A' section to more rhythmic and jazzy in the middle part. Then it goes back to a repeat of the 'A' section, only major this time. This piece would have value for those who would like a piece with mood changes. Snippets from any of the three sections could be used as stand-alone pieces.
