Tracey James Marino and Vance Marino met in 1995 at the Belly Up Tavern in San Diego after they realized their dates for the evening had stood them up. Much to the thrill of their California fans, Vance and Tracey continue performing, writing, and producing music, much as they have been since that lovely evening when they met, when fate so magically worked its charm.
