Ingvi Thor Kormaksson is from Iceland and has been writing songs for the past 30 years. He creates mainly in the AC genre, but Jazzy chord progressions and Bossa Nova and Samba-inspired rhythms are often featured in his work, as well as Folk and Blues music traditions. More than 200 of his compositions have been recorded by various artists. His collaboration with JJ Soul from Oxford led to music for JJ Soul Band's four albums and a project entitled Latin Faculty. Ingvi also produces instrumental albums and albums with Icelandic lyrics.
