He plays trumpet, flugelhorn, saxophones, and woodwinds, and during his Air Force career, Mike often subbed on the Airmen of Note, playing all of the saxophone chairs and three trumpet chairs. Having performed with numerous icons like Dizzy Gillespie, Ray Charles, Tony Bennett, Natalie Cole, Diana Ross, Milton Berle, Bob Hope, and George Burns, Mike's genres cover Jazz, Swing, and Big Band music.
