Ira is a well known west coast artist who has performed or recorded with Bob Dylan, Bonnie Raitt, Brian Wilson, Van Dyke Parks and Captain Beefheart.

Ira was originally signed to Capitol Records when he was 16 years old and has accumulated a publishing catalog that reflects his musical depth and poetic sensibilities. 

Ira is a member of Ascap and continues to compose for TV & Film projects as well as produce other artists .
