Michael Crowther is an award-winning composer and multi-instrumentalist from Pennslyvania, with over 30 years experience in the entertainment industry. He has written a wide variety of scores for film and television, and been featured in documentaries, animated films, feature films, children's programming, commercials, holiday programs, and a variety of other multimedia projects. His first full-length instrumental album, A Moment In Time, received international recognition with radio air-play in both the US and Europe.
Several compositions from Michael Crowther's album were featured in movies, and the album won the Songwriter's Network award for "Best New Age Artist." The award was based on a radio survey of over 3 million listeners worldwide! Many devoted supporters describe his work as music filled with emotion and imagery. As a film composer, this dramatic approach carries over into his albums and take the listener on a visual ride through the mind's eye. His new album, Music Box, also features music composed for films as well as a variety of instrumental styles including New Age, Jazz, World, Orchestral, Electronica, Cinematic soundscapes, and Romantic themes.
