UK musician and composer Tunes Are Me brings dramatic music that can be fun or serious. "Trash" is our favorite: an ambient track with a quirky melody, steady beats and an Ethnic/African sensibility. The brainchild of Michael Gaughan (a classically trained guitarist who has played with Elton John, Massive Attack, and other icons), Tunes Are Me creates music in over 30 genres, and is often featured on BBC, radio, and shows like Globe Trekker, and fashion promo and catwalk runways. And his romantic themes present an edgy, youthful urban vibe.
Michael Gaughan, the composer behind Tunes Are Me, is a classically trained guitarist, works as a professional musician, and has recorded for EMI, had multiple plays on BBC and commercial radio, and is also a published songwriter.
Michael is a gigging musician and through the years has played with Karl Brazil, Robbie Wiliams, Elton John, Leona Lewis, Lionel Richie, Bob Bradley, Sugarbabes, Girls Aloud, Gabriela Cilmi, Dan Hegarty, Massive Attack, and Tom Jones -- but is spending more and more time in his studio creating atmospheres from the deliriously happy to the deathly sad, and from weird to downright spooky -- and is constantly adding to his catalog of over 200 tracks here on our site.
