Johanna Beekman (Spiritual Tracks)

Johanna Beekman’s extraordinary music combines the emotional depth of Sarah McLachlan, the intimate delivery of Eva Cassidy, the soulful melodiousness of Joss Stone, the indie edge of KT Tunstall, and the improvisational unpredictability of Ella Fitzgerald. In 2005, Johanna completed her BS in Women's Studies related to diversity education and a minor in theater with a focus on social action and improvisation.
