File under acoustic, self-deprecatory, tender-hearted ex-rock, a la Elliott Smith, Aimee Mann, Eels, Wilco and Badly Drawn Boy. In 1998 Brandon formed the hard rock trio "Three Against Four" with guitarist Anand Nayak (currently of Rani Arbo and Daisy Mayhem) and recorded the album "Some of Us are Here."
