Vincent Pace
Vincent Pace is a Canadian composer, guitarist, teacher, and live performer who has developed a huge fan base in Toronto. During his concerts, both solo and with big bands, Vincent performs Classical, Jazz, Folk, Latin, New Age, and Rock, and his compositions are a fusion of Electronic and Orchestral music. From his third CD, A Journey With Self, Vince's Spiritual Suite (string orchestra, choir, and solo oboe) was performed live in Kiev, Ukraine, and in Toronto, Canada.
"At the tender age of three, I spotted my first guitar and I knew music was the path for me." This interest in music developed into a life-long passion to produce thought provoking music, leaving a lasting impression. From his first band at the age of twelve, to a wedding band at the age of eighteen, to a Latin Jazz band, and both Jazz solo gigs and big band gigs, Vincent has earned a reputation of professionalism and expertise amongst his peers.
Vincent's credentials include an ARCT in Classical Guitar performance at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, and a Specialized Honors Degree in Music at York University. As a student Vincent also studied privately Jazz Composition/Arranging, and Performance Training with renowned musicians such as: Ted Quinlan, Brian Katz, Bill King, and Phil Werren.
