Jean de Aguiar studied classical guitar for many years with such prestigious masters as Alberto Ponce and Raphaël Andia. He has a degree in baroque guitar. Passionate about South-American music, Jazz and improvisation, his eclectic taste has led to him composing music for TV shows such as “Genie in the House” (Nickelodeon) or animated feature films such as “Moomins on the Riviera” which was nominated in 2016 at the Los Angeles Animation Film Festival. The release of his album Acoustica in 2018 marked his return to the acoustic guitar.
