You will find no generic midi files here: As well as an adept composer, Dave is an accomplished producer, which enables him to deliver tracks of the highest quality and realism.
Dave is a highly versatile composer, with a broad range of influence and styles. He is able to think both inside and far outside the box, providing music that is sensitive, emotive and very supportive to visual media.
Dave Klotz has worked in almost every creative facet of the music business. He is a graduate of the York University music program, where he received a BFA degree with honors, specializing in ethnomusicology, composition and avant-garde electronic music. He is credited for composition in film, television, and dance choreography, for clients spanning from Toronto, to Los Angeles and Hong Kong.
Dave has been nominated for several awards, including co-nominations with composer Guy Zerafa for the Golden Horse Awards, (the Asian Academy Awards) with their score for 'Eye In The Sky', and the Gemini Awards with their score for 'Irish Chang: The Rape Of Nanking'. Their work on the film 'Exiled' was included in Hong Kong’s official entry as 'best foreign film' for the 2008 academy awards. Their work has also been released on three several soundtrack cds worldwide.
