Boostylz is a New Yorker with a unique and audacious style all her own. With a focus on Rap, Hip-Hop and R&B, her infectious lyrics, luscious harmonies and solid grooves give her an undeniable edge in urban contemporary music. Originally from Ohio, Boostylz, started writing songs at an early age, and today writes songs for artists like Stephanie Mills, LL Cool J, the group Swami (UK), Rob Fasari (producer of Destiny's Child). Aside from being an incredible R&B singer, she is also an amazing rapper with an infectious touch.
Teaming up with Bronx born producer Majik, Boostylz has started writing many songs and in the process featured on the song hey-hey, which is presently a #1 hit overseas, her biggest brakethrough. Currently, she has written a hot new album for an up and coming group called Rok Fairies, which is being managed and developed by Kurt Woodley (previous head of A&R at Uptown Records) and PDiddy mentor growing up, listening to artists like Brian Mcknight, Stevie Wonder, and Whitney Houston, among others, she naturally gravitated towards pop/r&b in developing her own vocal style. Dealing with the pressures from leaving home at an early age to follow a more practical career path in New York, Boostylz decided to follow her heart, and her love for music.
