David Amber is the multi-talented artist, producer, composer, and arranger hailing from Philadelphia, PA. Originally focused on creating solid, emotive pop and rock tracks with great hooks and unforgettable melodies, his musical palette has grown steadily as his sphere of influences has continued to grow.
Amber's first self-written and self-produced CD entitled "Lonewolf" was released in June of 2007, and received considerable praise locally. "I wanted to put everything I knew about rock music at that time onto one disc," says Amber, whose passion for creative, clever and moving songwriting is evident on every track of "Lonewolf."
After taking some time to write new music and explore different styles, this facile artist and producer has returned in September of 2008 with a new batch of, surprisingly, electronic music. Indeed, the first of these trance tracks, "Hazy Dazie" and "Stargazer," show Amber's diverse musical range and his ability to not only create great rock music, but also to produce songs that will get people on the dance floor.
By focusing on creating dynamic, well-structured songs and utilizing his skills as an arranger and producer, he has shown himself to be a relevant songwriter and musician, and an artist of the future.
