Jitterbug (also known as "Swing") refers to various types of swing dances including the Lindy Hop, Jive, and East Coast Swing. It's a strenuous dance performed to quick-tempo swing or jazz music and consists of various two-step patterns embellished with twirls and sometimes acrobatic maneuvers.

In 1970s 1980S I occasionally reformed the Savoy Orpheans for the Savoy Hotel London using Carroll Gibbons old piano. One of the dances we performed was the Savoy Jive or Swing.
