A circus is commonly a travelling company of performers that may include acrobats, clowns, trained animals, trapeze acts, musicians, hoopers, tightrope walkers, jugglers, unicyclists, and stunt-oriented artists. Coordinated by the "ringmaster," the troupe performs to music and in a large tent, often called the "Big Top." Similar music is often used in the midway during Carnivals when they set up camp in a town and are entertaining.
